At Lit Up Literacy, we believe that reading is a right and learning to read should be accessible to all.  We are committed to fair prices while at the same time attracting and retaining competent and reliable tutors to ensure the best learning experience for our students.  We believe that fair compensation for well-educated, competent and reliable tutors is what sets us apart from other tutoring companies.  This may mean a higher price for you in the short term, but quality instruction could take months if not years off your total time in tutoring.

 

These prices are effective June 2024

Prices vary based on the tutor's training and experience.

We use a monthly equalized payment plan for a commitment to an average number of classes a week (1, 2, 3, or 4).

2 classes a week -5%

3 classes a week -7.5%

4 classes a week -10%

Family discount: -10%

Each family member (living in the same household) must be taking 2 or more classes a week.

One family member must be paying full price (on-time and quantity discounts will still apply)

Each additional family member after the 1st will receives 10% off their tuition (on-time and quantity discounts will still apply).

We value our long-term clients who are committed to reaching their learning goals. If you continue to be a paying Lit Up Literacy student, your price today will remain in effect until you choose to terminate or take a break from tutoring.  If you return, your price will be the current prices listed here.

On-time, up front payment at the start of each month -5%

We appreciate your referrals and offer you a one-time 5% discount for any student you refer who signs up with Lit Up Literacy.

But .... Bah! Don't you hate it when you can't just find the price online?  I get it.  Here is a rough idea of the price you can expect in 2024.  Unlike many places that advertise prices, these are the maximum prices, not the starting prices.  Depending on the discounts or your tutor, your prices may be LOWER.  These prices are subject to change without notice.  The price will be discussed with you in your parent consultation, reiterated in an email, and that price will not change as long as you are a continuing Lit Up Literacy Student.
