Nobody wants literacy remediation to take years. Not only is that expensive for you, but it is unfair to students. They need to catch up as quickly as possible. Below you will find videos explaining different things you can do to help accelerate your student's learning. We have done our best to choose things that don't require expert level knowledge. This can be as simple as helping your child to practice writing the alphabet with proper letter formation, reading to them, playing memory games, or teaching them to do jumping jacks. We know that the students who read daily, who write regularly, and who continue to work on these skills at home will catch up faster. We don't need to take them to the moon, but we encourage you to do whatever you can to help them reach escape velocity! Work with your student along with us, and you'll get there even faster
